Question About Missing Content After Purchase and Download

I just purchased 'Fantasy Clutter Books, Scrolls and Accessories', but much of the presented content did not appear in Content Library, after downloading.

(The screenshots, below, show which ones)

The product page does indicate 4.10 is required, so- after checking 4.9- I tried downloading and installing it into Beta 4.10.   But ut did not appear in B4.10, either.

Is it not compatible with Beta?

(DM says that I do have the latest version of DM)

Actually it doesn't — Fantasy Clutter came out long before D|S4.10 did. That bit in the Product page is misleading, all it means is that 4.10 is the current version, it updates with every update of the D|S program.

That's not how content works — both D|S versions use the same content folders in the same location. Do you mean you re-installed into Connect (the installation system built into the D|S program)?

Have you tried looking in the Product view instead of the DAZ Studio view? That ought to show you every item associated with the Fantasy Clutter product, no matter where the files are.

I did try reinstalling through Connect, while I was connected, if that's what you mean. (I wasn't sure)

When I go to Products, (as shown in the screenshots, below), I do see content.

But the chair is the closest thing to a table that is there.

No scrolls at all, nor book shelves! (I attached a list from the Products Page)

Would a manual install help?   (DM isn't loading the content)

It looks to me like you can turn to another page of the items. It says "1-312 of 832". You have two more pages. Click on the right arrow on the right of the "1" to load the next page of items in the product.

Where?  (The Product page?  The accounts page?)

I love a simple solution!

I'm not sure if I ever purchased a product with this many items in them.  I didn't even notice.
