Please help. Can't seem to open software.

I downloaded it and followed through but it seems the only thing i was given was the instal manager i installed using the install manager but i don't have DAZ Studio 4 i can't find it, i can only find the content it came with. By this i mean, all i have are images of the characters flattened out but i cant open any software, its as if no software even downloaded and I have no clue how to open it or redownload it. This is extremely frustrating, any help would be great.

    You can't install Daz Studio with the Install manager, you need to go to your account, and on the top line of the accouint dashboard click on Product Library. THen check the list on the left hand side. Clicking on a product will give you the download links

    Now i'm getting a window that thats "the path cannot be found" any idea on what this could mean?

    Hve you gone to your acccount, from Top right of this page, clicked on that and you should come to the Account dashboard. On the left hand side of the screen you should now see a listing of the items that you need to download. Click on Daz Studio 4,5 and then on the main screen you will have a list giving you the download links. Click on DS 4.5, either 32 bit or 64 bit, whichever it is you wish to use, and download it.

    Yes i have done all of that, it was very helpful. However, I don't know if you're supposed to download all of these, or in any order? But i think it might be working now i'm not sure.

    To start with you need to download DS 4.5

    these ones, either the 32 bit version, or the 64 bit version. We can guide you through what else you need once you have that donwloaded and installed.

    Thank you. I now have that installed. What's next? Do I install all the others?

    Next you need to dowload and install Genesis starter essentials, At the bottom of the list you have you will see a series of picture icons, click on the one that says genesis starter essentials, and download the one called 14812_GenesisStarterEssentials_1.11_trx.exe

    I have finished installing. Please let me know if there is anything else i need to do. I wasn't aware so many things had to be downloaded.
