Hi Gang:
Sorry to be a suggestion pest, but with a lot of folks who like Medieval and fantasy scenes what about doing a "raptor" set with : Golden eagles, falcons, hawks, falconing gloves, the little "bird hats" they wear and different flying poses, also have perigrins, Griffin Vultures, Harris Hawks etc, bc its a bigger more involved set have it for just Gen 3 and 8 figures, Ms and Fs. and charge 30.00 dollars think personally it would be a "Wicked" set to buy. TTFN. LOL Geordie

Unfortunately, the Eagle 2 Expansion is no longer available here at DAZ. You might want to check out Ken Gilliland's products at Hivewire. His falconry set is for Dusk, so it would be nice if someone wanted to make a falconry set that was compatible with Genesis 3/8 and Ken's birds.
I just tried Eagle 2.0 and for me DIM didn't install install it properly and there seem to be missing components, especially in the morphs and poses department.
Now you're saying the Expansion kit is gone??? Am I missing something - it seemed to be there yesterday.
Was there any other Eagle besides the 2.0 one? DAZ's search can be finicky, like the other day I saw a pool table set by Predatron that *was not* shown when you searched "billiards". In the past I could have sworn I looked over the eagle category pretty carefully, but this time I just took the first thing I saw (Eagle 2.0) and as I say it seems to have come up a bit short.
I just noticed another product description, the "Eagle Re-mix" which mentions Big Wing Eagle, whatever that is. See this store link.
There's this Eagle https://www.daz3d.com/eagle, which I think is required for the Eagle 2.0. Or at least it says that on the this page https://www.daz3d.com/eagle-2-0-upgrade-from-eagle-1. I too wanted an Eagle model, but it as unclear to me if the Eagle 2.0 was actrually a standalone figure or actually required the first eagle I linked. So i ultimately just bought the first one, since it's a PC+ item it was only $1.99 and no big loss.

Here is the non-upgrade Eagle 2.
That's the one. No, for me it didn't install that great and since there is no actual geometry on the head feathers, overall the head seems a bit too smooth. Looking at the product promo picture again I see that the mouth is definitely open. On my installation the pose or morph controls seem limited and wooden, and when you travel up the "bones" segments to the neck and head, there's nothing for moving the mouth.
In my story line I have this flying, "superhero" dog, something like Krypto... originally raised by eagles he gets into all sorts of mischief... here's a shot of the dog when he was a baby... notice that to tell the story I don't *have* to have a fantastic eagle - most of it is done with body language and overall composition... but still.
To get back to the product suggestions thread, I do think a proper falconer and poses is a very good idea!
This guy has the best bird models going on in the scene. http://hivewire3d.com/shop/hw3d-exclusive-artists/ken-gilliland.html
Very old base model, though, so I'd love to see updated birds, especially a flexible base native to DS in the same vein as the Genesis line.
