Clothes Converter 4 Won't Open

I just purchased Clothes Converter 4 and it will not open. I downloaded it twice and tried it on both my win7 64-bit machines. I started a ticket.

If this is a duplicate message, I tried to preview the last one and I got another page.

    Follow up. I heard from DAZ. They say they are not responsible and I have to contact the developer, Marcus Dunn. I did that.

    Are you receiving any type of error message when you try to launch the app or is it that it just will not launch?

    Do you have administrator permissions?

    Did you install the app outside the protected program files folders?

    As this is more or less considered a resell item, you will have to wait for tech support from the vendor.

    I receive the error message stating ther is an error and it is closing the program (which never opened anyway). I have admin for all programs and I downloaded it following the download instruction so it went where it wanted to go.

    If I don't get tech support soon from the vendor, I will demand a refund from daz for all I bought this day.

    The issue is solved. I heard from support at 3dutils. it is a Windows 7 issue whereby DEP settings were changed with updates. You have to list it as an exception or change how DEP is setup depending on your settings. Since I had 2 programs as prior exceptions, I just added this. If anyone else has an issue, here is the link on how to do it: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/change-data-execution-prevention-settings. I must say the support response from 3dutils was great! It restores my faith.
