Zbrush mesh extract and EULA
http://docs.pixologic.com/user-guide/3d-modeling/modeling-basics/creating-meshes/mesh-extract/
so far I vertex “box” model clothes in Carrara around my figures then take them into Zbrush and use brushes and zremeshing to further work on them but have seen the above technique and even though one would retopologise such mesh with Zremesh, dynamesh etc after doing clay build ups etc am wondering since it uses the original mesh as the starting point, does it compromise the EULA?
At this point I have no issues as am not actually sharing stuff I create I am pretty much a Zbrush noob but need to know if I ever do.
Personally I do prefer to model clothes around a figure for multiple reasons anyway but for close fitting bodysuit stuff like stockings socks and underwear this technique would be useful.

It's still bound by the EULA since it's a derivative work.
I thought so too but I am willing to bet many do it as since it it is Zremeshed how would one know?
Yep, exactly. It's like the whole shrink wrapping is not allowed stance lol. After something is zremeshed, the only thing it has in common with the original is the shape.
The EULA allows stuff like this to create content for DAZ figures, you just have to be willing to remove it from distribution if DAZ deems your use unacceptable. I really don't see the issue.
