I grabbed the Classroom Furniture set this month, but does anyone know where I can get the actual classroom from the promo or a classroom?

Thanks

Actually, that particular room is part of the Parkside High set, with the East Park High textures applied.

Oh, ok. I actually have a ton of Jack Tomalin's stuff. I just checked DIM and I have Parkside High Hallways and Parkside High Lobby. Hopefully it is in one of those. I don't have East Side so adding that to my Wishlist.

There's also a classroom set over at Renderosity. A bit more old-fashioned, if that's what you need. I have it, but I haven't yet reinstalled it after my last Runtime rebuild.

Ok, so I have no idea what I am doing wrong here. I have tried basically every combination under the sun of the Parkside High set and can not for the life of me find a single room that remotely makes sense as the room being used. I have also tried to apply East Park High textures unsuccessfully to hallways of Parkside High as a test to see if I could even get the textures at least of the rooms. What the heck am I doing wrong?

You should have a preset called "!Pre_Cor_1" which is a corridor with a door set in the side. Load this and beyond the door you'll find a single class room. You can also load the East Park preload which will have everything textured.

Hey. Thanks that definitely helps. So I tried both and I do see the classroom now. The one problem I am having now is that if I try to use the East Park one, the left wall is missing? I went through all the items in the tree to ensure that something wasn't somehow being hidden. Any ideas?

I'm not going to lie, I had similar issues with the East Park preset. Not least of all the corridor isn't properly connected to the classroom. However, you can still load up the original set and texture it with the East Park materials. It takes a little longer to set up, but once done you can save it as a new preset to replace the faulty one.

Thanks. I came up with a different solution.

I loaded both of the presets and hid all items except the missing wall. I then textured only that one. This also solved the issue of any poke through from one texture over the other.

I hope the missing walls issue can be fixed one day. It seems that that is really the only thing wrong with trying to just load up the East Park preset alone.
