please help me with the new daz install manager.(DIM)

old computer died..... no backup ........
i have a couple years worth of of purchases .........about 110 items.
the new DIM downloaded and installed 64 of the items.

but it apparently does not take care of softwares or plugins.
so i guess i will have to download the rest and install them manually.

.
but how do i know which ones were installed and which ones weren't.
almost everything is mostly vise or .exe installers whether its a software or an item.

the DIM doesn't give a list of what it installed....... how do i figure out
which are the 56 items that weren't installed ...... or which 64 items that were.

    If you click on the "Installed" tab (where it says "64 Installed") you'll be able to view a list of the installed items. More information on using DIM is available here: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/install_manager/userguide/

    Any products not installed by DIM can be downloaded from My Account>Product Library (see here for details: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/21087/)

    thanx alot guys.......... that was exactly what i needed to know.
    sometimes things are so obvious that you just don't see the forest for the trees !!

    i just discovered something else.......
    if you click on a product in your Product Library......
    it links you to the product information and download page
    and if DIM has already downloaded it there is a green DIM symbol
    that shows it was already downloaded...........amazing.

    Ummm, I thought that symbol was just saying that the file was available for downloading via DiM, I was not aware that it was tracking if it had been already d/l'ed....

    Does anyone know what symbol (if any) will show if the file is avail but has NOT been downloaded yet by DiM?

    That actually isn't correct.. the symbol is only there if the file can be downloaded through DIM. So, it will only show you the products you've downloaded through DIM if you've downloaded them all.

    ok then ..... my bad..... but i can still use it for a filter
    by downloading all my stuff with DIM first...
    and then go to my product list and just click the link
    and see see whether or not if it's a DIM item.... if it is ... then i aiready have it....
    if it isn't .....i'll know that i still need to download it.
