Pretty3D only makes outfits for V4. There are plenty of male school uniforms out there.
"Plenty" might be overstating a bit, but they do exist. I don't know about "hot" male school uniforms, though.
Not that I have much idea what that would look like. Or even much interest. But I can at least see the OP's point. ;)
(Open shirt and low-hanging waistband on the trousers? This is so not my thing....)

I think Preppy for Genesis is intended as a "hot schoolboy" outfit -- it's included in the M5 Pro Bundle.
...That outfit is not even vaguely hot. Heck, it doesn't even have morphs so you can ever so teasingly expose (GASP!) a hint of navel!
I honestly can't imagine what "hot schoolboy" uniforms would be, really. The basic uniform is just a white shirt and dark blue or black pants.
For some Catholic schools, in winter, you get an exciting plaid sweater!
(Did a quickie search on school boy uniforms generally, just to see what they look like these days, and this article turned up. Apparently, "sexy school boy uniforms" is not a thing found in nature. Of course, you could just ... well. Never mind. Not the right thread.) (But someone is going to wonder about the thinky thoughts they made me think just now, oh yes they will!)
Try this:

Plenty of open and posing morphs.
Edited to add: if Japanese school uniforms weren't what you were after, you might prefer this:

Again, lots of morphs to expose the navel and anything else you might want out in the breeze. I suppose you could add some leather textures or something.
(Really, I'm trying to help... just a bit out of my area of expertise.)
I'm not necessarily looking for one. Just vaguely amusing.
And not at all surprising.

If you consider an episode of GLEE hot, perhaps. :-)
I immediately "got" that you weren't looking, but Zigraphix is always so helpful it was just a natural instinct. Has jumped in to help me SO many times! :) (And next time I need to find something I know who to PM, hee hee hee)
What's a person to do when they want to create male stripper scenes!
Whatever shall I do if V4 ever gets engaged and her girlfriends throw her a stag(ette) party.
Mikey is gonna look pretty funny in a girly hot cop outfit.
They've obviously never watched k/j/c/tw-dramas (far eastern) lots of hot school boy uniforms going on there. I'll dig out some pictures tomorrow.
Actually, for THAT, all you need to do is to pick up some of DZheng's Chippenmale stuff from Renderosity or Qraffx.
Yeah, I'm just compulsive that way... and it was an interesting challenge, since it's kind of off my usual beaten track. ;)
The general subject has come up before, lots of times (as Sean knows perfectly well). When you start from the basic imbalance of support for male and female figures (for market-driven reasons), and then throw in the sub-genre of "hot" costumes, the resulting proportion leads to a very small number of "hot costumes for males." Even just going with "hot clothing for males," i.e. the general fantasy category, there's a lot less for males than for females, at least in the regular marketplaces. Adzan had some cool stuff for H3, but seems never to have gotten into Genesis (or DS in general). Littlefox has Notorious over at RDNA, and Arien's Mourning Sun (her whole product line, really) has some character to it, I think. And if you're into gladiators, there seems to be plenty of that genre around lately. Not so much in the contemporary genre, although if you want a James Bond type, Uzilite can help.
I kind of have the impression that "sexy" with men often means "realistic clothes, but fewer or partly undone," as opposed to sexualized versions of occupational uniforms, but then again, what do I know? (Female, more or less straight, and not that interested in visual erotica....)
In any case, sorry to interrupt the traditional "not enough male stuff" thread. ;) Please carry on, everyone.
