cannot load Studio4

my computer went pssssshhhhhiiittttt on me and I got an older lap top to re[lace it, I nave tried severalo times to load Studio 4 on it and keep getting an error message that the child is dead, I tiewd to treansfer studio from my old puter to this one bur when I try to run it I get an error msg that the program can't run because vcom100.dii can't be found, I did a search on the old computer and couldn'd find that file.
Any clues to what is going on would be appreciated

You need to install a fix from MS that adds a missing VisualC++ dll to your OS.
