I would like to ask about licensing of Daz 3D models.
Is that possible to buy some stuffs (Character, cloth, hair, body textures etc.) in the Shops after I mix some people and sell them ?
So basically I would use and resell other designer products.

You cannot resell any of the figures or content from the Daz Studio store. In fact, the meshes cannot be distributed by any means unless part of a video game if you have the Indie Game License, although certain concessions were made in the EULA recently to allow for things like 3D printing to be done using them.
However, I might be misunderstanding your post. It is possible to create unique characters using morphs and save them as a morph preset which can be sold. The reason for this is that the distributed morph doesn't directly hold mesh information but a series of vectors designed to manipulate one. Though in my experience, and preference, slider morphs which don't rely on extra packages tend to be more popular.
I will add this to what HeraldOfFire has already said.
The EULA, to which you agree before purchasing anything from the DAZ 3D store, can be read here can be read here

You will notice it specifically says
