Kiddos, Costumes, and Canines for DS

With holidays coming up, plan to do some Normal Rockwell style scenes (a snowball fight if I can pull it off) and that means parents, kiddos, winter clothing, and dogs enjoying a bit of family fun.

A “Growing Up” bundle for G3 is on sale for a little over $10, but that’s only part of it.

Real problem might be hair (one hair resource might cost more than the morph pack!) and finding believable clothes-- hoodies, jackets, ski caps, boots, etc.  Things can add up when you’re on a budget. 

Which leads me to “Millennium Dogs Bundle" which is on sale for $17.95

So for those of you who have been around for a while-- apt to get a better price on it?  Discovered by accident that people seemed to like "Millennium Cat" -- that’s where I got the idea to include family pets in the action.

Suggestions welcome. : )

    We are currently at the end of the PC+ Anniversary promo, so prices on Daz originals are pretty good. Of course there may be other promos in the future, so it's impossible to say this is as good as it gets, but it's probably a good price.

    Thanks.  DAZ logo on avator means admin or moderator?  Hope that wasn't conflict of interest.  : 0 !

    Anyway, took a chance on them, but still have trouble finding right time period.  Might simply have to go with present day.  Here's a bit of what I'd like to do.

    1.) Anyone know where I can find something as simple as a slingshot?  Can easily make a "Y" in hexagon, but might be a while before learn how to do the rubberband part.  ; )

    2.) They simply don't offer 50s-60s style winter clothing?

    3.) Condensation for breath in cold air, or have to wing it in PS?

    Some of us don't have the Daz logo on our avatars, but we are the only members who are allowed to use the Daz logo if we want to.  Similarly if you see some one post with DAZ_ in front of their user name than you know that that person is an employee of Daz 3D.  Again there are a few employees who chosse not to have the DAZ_Name but the majority do use it.

    There's a slingshot in this freebie set, it is for a toon character by the looks of it, and setup for poser, but should work in DS also

    Just what scene needs & had about given up on the idea.  Thanks! 

    Tweaking the rubberband part might even help me learn Hexagon--- or at least play with deform tool.  ; )

    Don’t know about the rest, but can see why you wouldn’t want a logo spoiling fun avatar.  Like the little old lady & her stick.

    Aging morph, or actually a character?     Every comic strip needs a fiesty old lady armed with a cudgel or something.   Might draw one & name her "Mrs. Shalalie"

    Inspiration can come at the strangest moments  smiley

    I did it for a giggle, when I first volunteered as a Mod  and everyone thought it was great fun, someone kindly animater her club, and she has stayed with me ever since.  Basically it is a dialled in morph, using the standard Morphs++ with V4, and over dialling some of them.

                                                 BTW   I do own up to being a Mod and I think Cris and Frank do as well, not sure about Mike
