Does anyone use any V4 Fixes in Carrara

Have seen V4 Fixes such as "V4 Perfect Arms", "Perfect V4 Complete - Full Body Fix" to name a few.

I know these are for Poser users but anyone using them successfully in Carrara?
If so which ones are worth buying?

doesn't seem to work in carrara 8.1.1.12 using “Perfect V4 Complete - Full Body Fix”, first pic is rendered in Poser Pro2012
