can some one suggest me some good tutorials on how to use carrara?

    Absolutely!
    Check out the Carrara Information Manual thread (stickied in this forum), and look closely at the titles of the links in the first post. Some link to many more links, some link to specific tutorials, some lead to the really cool set that you can buy in the store, with demo videos to sample them.

    The whole thread began as an excuse to index Cripeman's Free video tutorials, and I thought up much more by the time I started the thread- and it will be evolving BIG TIME in the very near future.

    My own series of video and written tutorials are in there - not much yet, but some is just waiting to be processed. The newer of which will be the Carrara Walkthrough, which is currently being recorded in video - only the first part of a shaders tutorial is up right now - but, like I said... it's being recorded and processed currently.
