G8 Posing

I am trying to create some pose presets for G8M and am having some issues. Namely, after creating the presets, when I apply them again the pose is distorted. Now, this result only happens when the "Pose Exceeds Limits" dialog box appears and I select "turn Limits off." If it doesn't appear, or I select "Leave limits on" the result is fine. My question is, why would a pose I create with the G8 figure exceed the limits for the same figure?

I have seen other reports of this, it is usually where a pose slider had out of range values (due to being driven by one or more pose controls and perhaps a local value) that didn't show until the pose was applied with limits off (at which point the full cumulative effect is seen). I don't know of a way to be sure of avoiding it - DS is right, the pose does exceed limits - other than testing to see if you really do want limits off and if not undoing and trying again with the opposite choice.
Thanks. Yes, you're right. working with the preset poses again, I noticed that the figure's left thigh had a distorted shape. I found the "Flex Quad" slider was set at 450%, which was setting off the "Exceeds Limits" dialog. Eliminating this from the presets solved the problem in all but one of them, which probably has a more subtle OOR value. This is literally the first time I've worked with the G8 figure, though, and I'm left wondering, if there isn't a bug in the muscle flexion pose function. That's to say, I've only been using the Bend/Side/Twist functions and don't see how I might've set the flex slider to that value, even by accident. It seems to've appeared by itself.
Genesis 8 is the first generation to come with built-in flexion options, as opposed to having them in an add-on product.
The OOR value hasn't reappeared; I'm considering it a fluke, or my mistake after all. Incidentally, I'm not seeing many muscle flexion morphs in the posing pane. The 'flex quad' is one, the 'flex glute' is another. There are cheek flexes and such for the face, which have been around in some form previously - though these are nicely improved. But for instance I have nothing I can see for the arms or torso or calves. On the other hand, I do see flexion in the limbs, even when there is no slider for it. So, I imagine some of these built-in flexes are applied automatically by the program? Why some and not others?
I have only the G8 Male Essentials package installed.
