    I know what you mean. I used to have two rough collies (Lassie collies) One hated water and baths and the other would do anything to get in water. Used to shout at the neighbour two doors up if she watered the garden with a hose without turning it her way. My original one had to be tied up with a lead in order to bath her.

    Our last little dog (border terrier)used to jump in the fish pond in hot weather, sit on the plant shelf with just his head out of the water, we used to call him a froggy doggy, but the older one, same breed again was not too keen on water, and would have such a soulful look on his face and pathetic little whimpers when bathed.

    but I am stupid enough to not know, there is ALWAYS an app for THAT!
    Normal maps
    just found one for free on Google play for my Android that does normal maps of my photos!

    If you have Photoshop, there is an nVidia plug-in that creates normal maps.
