Best African Tribal Jewellery

Hey!

I'm looking for realistic, detailed African Tribal Jewellery. Prefereably for G3 although I've had some luck just hand placing it.

With an estimated 3000 tribes on the continent, you might want narrow down a region that you're interested in for jewelry.

Maasai, Somali , Zairian (DRC) and Zulu are just a few countries/regions/tribes with different styles.

There's a Massai Finery set over at Hivewire. It's for Dawn, but it ought to be usable on the Genesis series with a bit of scaling.

I am aware, it's just... I'm having trouble finding even one good, up to date set...

Kente Clothing for V3 has some jewelry, but it would need to be parented (autofit mangles it) and likely resurfaced if you want to use it in Iray. https://www.daz3d.com/kente-clothing-for-v3

Beyond that, and the set that Jodel mentioned, there just isn't much.

Without doing an extraordinary amount of work, you really can't. You'll just have to parent it to either the neck or head, depending on whether it's a necklace or headpiece, scale to the appropriate size, if needed, and then use the XYZ sliders to refine its placement. And you'll need to use the XYZ sliders every time you change the pose.
