Hi all - I have a small problem here, maybe somebody can help me out with it:

I did order "Bot Genesis" (product link: http://www.daz3d.com/bot-genesis) for Genesis. After installed it with DazContent manager, it appears in the smart content (anatomy tab), howeverwhen I click on it (to apply/load), it always says "no importer for the file format can be found".
It happens all the time, after I load up the default genesis figure, selected the genesis figure or not, using male/female genesis - doesn't matter, the product just won't load.

Also the product page of "Bot Genesis" says it need only the newest DaztStudio (which I have), nothing more - there were no other required items, so it should work "out of the box", Which is sadly not the case:( any suggestions/ideas? thanks

    It clearly says at the top of your image 'DAZ Studio 4.0 Pro', you require at least DS4.5 Pro to open the DUF file format, DS4 cannot do that.

    It also sayd on the Product Page in a red font:

    This product requires DAZ Studio version 4.5.1.56 or newer



    I am afraid you will need to upgrade to DS4.5 to use these items.
