How to reduce the noise in dark images

Hello i am new in DAZ and i want to learn more about lighting and to be more specific i want to learn more about rendering images with less light. For example i follow the tutorial from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ob3PnchiKQk  . The difference between my result and his result at the end is that my image got a lot more noise.

    Do you have the product he is using? Geenrally, for a dark image in Iray you take a light image and darken it (at render time via the Tone Mapping settings or in an image editor).
