sometimes I find a 'hole' in the Daz 3D catalog

I noticed that modern/upscale interior office building (to include hallways)

are noticably missing. These would be interiors you would see in a major skyscraper.

Halls, elevator banks (several elevators together), observation decks, up scale office halls,

waiting areas etc.

well only one is upscale and is not hallways (atrium), the executive is a nice office but only an office, and spacious is nice but not a skyscraper interior.

the rest are not upscale at all.

I will end up making it from scratch, but that is ok.
