Free items not free?

Hi all, this happened yesterday too - today I have the Dforce scarves in my cart, but the three freebies are not showing free - any thoughts? Thanks!

    Refresh two or three times in your browser. 

    Or maybe if you have already got the 1st Freebie free then trying to get 3 more by buying a New items their is a bug.
