Childs realistic character

Hi everyone:

Could you recommend me a DAZ female realistic character that corresponds to an age between 6 to 8years? I have used some products to simulate growth for Victoria 7 but the proportions do not seem right to me. I want to do some illustrations about Christmas and my characters seem as ET around a Christmas tree.

Does not exist as far as I know. The bests there is is growing up. I find the best use of that is to load default genesis 3, then load age preset, then mix small amounts of different shapes to that. I find if you load up a premade character, then load age presets to that, results look very bad to me.

Growing Up is the best in the DAZ shop. You can mix in some of the 3D Universe young characters but those are somewhat stylized.

I think Godin has extremely clean soft skins that still have realistic detail which would work well on child characters. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/gdn-river/123046/

And of course Zev0 has Growing Up skin textures and Skin Builder as well to help you modify or create your own skins.

3D Universe has some pretty young looking characters. Many look to be young teens to tweens - you could probably age them down by making a few modifications with the morphs packs.

Genesis 1 may be an option, it comes with a basic child morph that can be combined with the growing up morphs, and the base model is unisex.

The Head & Body morphs from DAZ 3D for G8 and G3 both will do 6 - 8 years old pretty easy too although it's more work looking through all the morphs and changing the correct ones. There is a product in the DAZ Store for G8M & G8F that does all that morph selection & application for a childish model already done for you as presets.
