Egyptian Armor and a New Egyptian Chariot
The Egyptian Outfit for Genesis 3 Male and the Egyptian Outfit for Genesis 3 Female are, in my opinion, two of the best Egyptian-themed products Daz has ever released. They’re both realistic and come with a variety of beautiful textures. Yet Daz hasn’t released a full set of historically-based Egyptian armor (complete with a breastplate, spear, and shield) since it released the Egyptian Knight for David 3 and Keeper of the Veil in 2008. Perhaps the reason they haven’t released a new set of Egyptian armor is because that type of product doesn’t sell very well. Nevertheless, I’d like to suggest an Egyptian armor outfit for G3M and G3F and/or G8M and G8F. This set could come with changeable textures like these and these. And it could also come with a breastplate specifically for a pharaoh.
Also, Daz once offered an Egyptian chariot from Simon3D. It can now be found at Renderosity, and it contains not only a chariot but battle poses and weapons for Michael 4 and Victoria 4. It would be great to see a brand new Iray Egyptian chariot with battle poses and weapons for G3M and G3F and/or G8M and G8F. Would anyone else like to see any of these products?

I would love more Egyptian based products, especially if they included 3Delight presets.
solid egyptian living interiors, its shaming Creed Origins have this much realism and since lots of years in daz we only got to buy the same egyptian temple facade or a terrace remade over and over again
Yes!
I've been wanting to work on something like this for a long time now but I must be looking in wrong places because I'm having hell of a time finding decent refrences for historicaly accurate costumes.
Yeah, when doing a search, that seems to be many variations and different classes that make it hard to narrow down good refeences. I feel as long as you have enough diffeent parts so that users can combine them, you should be good.
Several years ago I was able to find lots of good reference material on ancient Egypt. Sadly, they have been lost among all the newer garbage sites. Wikipedia seems to be fairly accurate, although incomplete as far as women's styles go. I would recomend the following books, as well as a trip to your local library.
Daily Life of the Ancient Egyptians, by Bob Brier & Hoyt Hobbs, Greenwood, 2008
Everyday Life in Ancient Egypt, by Jon Manchip White, Perigee Books, 1963
The Encyclopedia of Ancient Egypt, by Margaret Bunson, Gramercy(Random House), 1991 - illustrations of clothes; look under the topics Dress & Art and Architechture
