Unable to find Downloaded Morph

I bought https://www.daz3d.com/ngm-for-v4 for victora 4.  I was able to get the lovely breast resizing to work once, however when I exitted out of Daz and came back it was gone.  I am unable to find/use it.  I have no idea what I did to find it before.

Do you get the PowerLoader dialogue when loading Victoria 4?

Yes i do.

The powerloader only stays on for a bit.  There's no menu or anything.
