David Base compatibility with Genesis line?

Are clothes made for the David Base compatible with G3M or G8M through autofit or any other method?  There's an outfit I'm interested in, but I don't use, or even have, the David Base.

Get the set, or just buy the male or female parts. David clothes generally will fit G3M with Wear Them All, but it's possible some won't work. So far, everything I've tried does work.
