Dynamic Clothing & DS4
So! I've mostly been using DS3, despite the fact that I've had DS4 for awhile, simply because I wasn't used to the interface. Well, I recently bought Poser 9 and some dynamic cloth, but I can't seem to port my character straight over, so I was wondering if I could use DS4 (I prefer DS, whenever possible) to do some dynamic cloth simulations. The product, however, was made for Poser http://www.runtimedna.com/Dark-Court-M4-Outfit-Two.html , and when I load it and try to drape it, it basically says it's not a cloth item.
So the question is this: is there a way to either convert Poser dynamic cloth to be DS dynamic cloth, or do I need to buy Dynamic Clothing Control http://www.daz3d.com/dynamic-clothing-control to handle this? Or will that even work?

Poser dynamic clothing won't work in DS.
Poser's dynamic cloth is basically just a one-sided outfit designed so that Poser's cloth room can more easily handle the drape. In Daz Studio, dynamic cloth is only available through OptiTex who, coincidentally, are the same people who created the dynamic clothing plugin for Daz. It's not currently possible to create your own dynamic clothing as far as I'm aware and all current dynamic garments are sold by the plugin creators.
I long for the day when Daz Studio will have a plugin which can perform a similar task to the Poser cloth room, but until then I'll be using Poser for all of my draping needs.
For your Daz3D dynamic needs do not miss this site. http://www.optitex-dynamiccloth.com./ be sure you check the Free section while there. The site has some items that we have not seen in the Daz Store, and 16 pages of free items is nothing to overlook.
The Dyn to Morphs python script should still work. Here's a link where it's being used in Carrara but based on the old tute for DAZ Studio and there's a link to that as well... basically, it's saving a sequence to a Poser file you can import into Studio.

Thanks for the prompt replies! Jaderail, I've seen his site and raided the freebie section, but I'm having a little trouble making sure everything shows up; his files are set up differently than I'm used to. And thanks, Kevin, for the link!
