yes, iClone 3Dxchange will do it and I am pretty sure there is other retargetting software besides
MotionBuilder, Ikinema, Blender I know of.

You retarget a DAZ/Poser mesh in Unity preferable using there Humanoid scheme instead of Legacy if possible which it is for DAZ human type characters. It's part of their Animator class used in the animation state machine.
