More information, please. Are you using the General Release or the Public Build Beta? What operating system are you using? Are you receiving any error messages when it "crashes"? Is it "crashing" immediately upon opening, or when you attempt to use it? The more specific the information you provide, the greater the chances are that someone will be able to help.
