Dforce Simulation Question

I used the dynamic clothing system in poser to drape clothes for Daz, and now that Daz has Dforce it makes it so much easier! I've been playing around with it for a bit, but I do have one question. In poser, I was able to remove poly points if, for instance, I was draping a sleeveless gown, I removed the uppermost poly layer from the simulation and the item worked great. Is there a way to do this with dforce too? Because all my sleeveless dresses are falling off Victoria! I would appreciate any help!
Thank you!

If you mean a kind of pinning, so that soem areas are not affected by the simulation, then you can do that either by assigning a new surface to the area and making it's Dynamic Strength 0 or by using a weight map to control the dynamic strength. This thread has a lot of good information https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/208141/how-to-use-dforce-creating-a-blanket-draping-clothes-on-furniture-and-much-more/p1 , and there's an index in the first post.
Thank you so much! That worked for me!
