So I'm trying to make a card for Christmas; I can do Santa, now I can do a snowman, but I can't do a nativity scene? At least give me the Wise Men and a Star!

There are old style dynamic clothing freebies:

I think they will even work with the basic dynamics optitex plugin that is free in all DAZ Studios. Also maybe they work too with the new DS 4.10.x dForce dynamics.
Well the store sells a camel already so you could use that. Clothing I might look for wizards robes or layer tunics for either gender. I would dforce a plane to make the head scarves but there are several circlets if you need crowns.
Do you need realistic or could you use Gumdrop type characters? If you could use Gumdrop characters go here: http://trumarcar.francemi.net/gumdrop_tc.htm and scroll way down for a free complete set.
Gumdrop base is here: https://www.daz3d.com/gumdrops-candy-the-base

Kurta Pajama top with shaders, and shaders on the men's legs to represent leggings, assuming you know how to work with Optitex dynamics (note: if using Optitex dynamics with a figure newer than the one it's made for, run an animated drape and then freeze simulation when you're happy with the result. Do not save a Optitex dynamic in a scene with a figure too new for it until you freeze simulation!) or can make it work with dForce. Plenty of free and paid crowns and turbans out there.
Arabian Prince might also work, although I suspect using it on someone riding a horse or camel might be a pain.
For a Nativity scene, you want any rustic looking barn or cave you can find, plus either the Genesis baby here or the Genesis 8 baby at Rendo, plus this set of clothes and possibly Actis Sanctorum (halo set) from Rendo. Daz Horse and Millennium Horse both come with mule morphs; you can try combining it with the pony morphs for a smaller, more standard donkey look. For angels, there's a bunch of wing options; my oldest angel renders used the armored wings from Aiko 3's Angel of Light and my second oldest used the Winged Horse wings for Milhorse (still one of the most attractive options for feathered wing textures, thanks to cwrw making textures to match a number of the major horse textures), parented to a human figure's chest
