I have noticed that some vendor items are never on sale.  Is that up to the vendor or does Daz set sales?

    Not sure on the question as I have heard it both ways, but from my experience being here over 11 yrs, it all goes on sale sooner or later, LOL.

    The vendor gives yeah or nay on their own products.
