MadManMike, I really hate to poop on an already frustrating parade, but you mentioned that you bought the Gen3 Iconic Shapes so that you can use all your old content with Genesis. Unfortunately, at this time Genesis won't autofit Generation 3 clothing and content. That being said, I believe SickleYield has a product that might help with conversion of Gen3 clothing. Here is a link to the product: http://www.daz3d.com/sickle-rigging-and-morphing-system but I would recommend going to the related product thread and asking if it works for Gen3 clothes before you spend the money. Here is a link to the discussion thread: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/15492/
Hopefully, I just misunderstood your intentions and haven't spoiled your anticipated fun.
Not correct, the Gen3 Iconic Shapes include Autofit clones for Gen3 clothing.

Oh, that's good to know! Glad to be corrected. Thanks.
Eureka! Well, of sorts...
So it finished installing all of the DAZ content, and now the old files are working, to a degree. I don't seem to be able to load complete scenes, and none of my 2.3 saved files show in the directory, but when I use the Open command I can search the computer and single saved figures do open and work, which is the bulk of my concern as I need to rebuild my Paper Miniatures project from the render stage up; now that I can render each image in one 30th of the time as before, I can finally work on finishing that and getting it to print!
If only I had a copy of Photoshop that would work on this comp.. I'm still saving time with the render speed, but I do have to transfer files back and forth between computers to do the post work...
