Problem loading M4 gens onto M5(Genesis) retrieving product codes

I just loaded M5 and tried to load M4 gens onto him.... Two small windows pop up one asking of the original character that this (genitalia) was created for ..That's fine BUT over the top of it is the window (image attached) and the loading/hourglass keeps spinning and spinning and locks Daz. and I have to open the task manager to shut the program... What does one do to avoid this "Retrieving Product Content" thing happening? And as a side query...How does one apply genitalia to M5, as I don't recall seeing it available as a separate object.

    To use the M4 genitalia on M5, don't "Fit to", just Parent them.

    The M5 Genitalia are only available in the M5 Pro Bundle (or the Genesis M5 V5 Suite).

    Thank you for your response... However I am not able to even get to that point... The "Retrieving Product Code" window pops up and doesn't allow me to do anything : can't close that window...can't close Daz, itself.. It is totally locked...
    I think I'll apply a 3rd party genitalia to M5.. I certainly am not going to buy an expensive bundle just to get the gens.... How odd that it didn't come with the M5 base... Who are we Barbie's Ken?

    first put the genital on scene (not on the character)

    then use what you want (fit or parent)
