Morph creation with Rhinoceros 3D QUESTIONS

I am attempting to generate some custom morphs using Rhino.
Here is what I have done: Zero the figure, set the mesh resolution to 0 export as .obj, open in Rhino and turn on display points, move points around and save as .obj.
When I load the figure and attempt to run Morph Loader Pro I get the following message Loading morph GoegraftMor...
Warning: Geometry did not match, failed to create morph.
I searched this forum for info on using Rhino3D and only found a few references to the program being used but no specifics.
Any one here using Rhino that could point me to a good tutorial on morph generation using Rhino would be appreciated.

I know nothing about Rhino, but, it sounds as if you are adding or removing vertices, and the vertex count doesn't match, which would cause the error. It may be that Rhino is re-ordering the vertices, and I don't know how you would stop that, unless there is an option in the export of Wavefront OBJ inside Rhino to prevent that happening.

Did you try to uncheck everything in "Write Groups" part?
Did you use "Remove unused vertices"?

    No and No
Thanks Kattey I will try something simple with those options unchecked and see what happens.

    Got it !

On exporting from DS4.5 I had to uncheck everything in the export options dialogue.

Importing to Rhino there is an option to import as morph target, after modification you just save as .obj and check the following in the export options: Poly mesh, Windows (CRLF) Do not export object names, do not export layer/group names, unmodified for vertex welding.
