Is anyone else still waiting for the store problems from about 2 weeks ago to be sorted out?
I had my two extra patments refunded and was told I would get the order sorted out asap. Since then I have been told to clear my cache and cookies, asked to provide copies of the HTML from the store and then told the problem was being sent to the technical ddepartment. Since then I have heard nothing and I still can't download the items I paid for.

If you mean My Account > Product Library, then it was all sorted out as far as I know.
Does the Product Library not work for you? Does the filter work, or typing in a search term? If not, what browser are you using, and have you tried another one?

The product library works OK for me. I have bought stuff since then and downloaded it OK and I can see older items in the product library. But the items that I bought in the order that went wrong are not in my products library. I have tried filtering by name and they are not there.
They've fixed it now, I can download the stuff OK.
