Auto generation of bunch of slightly different scenes

 Hi guys, 

Not sure what category to choose, hope it is right.

I need to create a lot of auto-generated simple videos and I am going to find the easiest way to do that and hope you help me a bit. 

So want to

1) take a character

2) make few versions of shapes of each

3) apply all possible (or form a list) animations (movements) to each shaped character

4) apply all possible (or from a list) clothes to each animation of each shaper character

5) render it each (clouds if possible)

6) Repeat it for few characters/skins most painless way

 

What would be your advice? Links to tutorials? Maybe someone wants to do it himself for a money?
