frustrated about monthly discount coupons

I am getting really frustrated with the DAZ monthly discount coupons not working.
I check all purchases and it seems the ones I always pick to work for me to buy and use are non-DAZ products, which by default do use the coupon.
I was trying to apply the coupon code this month with products which are clearly marked as DAZ products and I keep getting the error message that the coupon does not apply. I see no darn point getting offered a courtesy coupon for being a long faithful customer if I can never use it. I have not been able to use for the past several months. I have also found the more expensive DAZ products are getting more and more for D/S use which is also frustrating for older Poser version users who can't afford Poser 9 or above or just don't want to install albeit the free version of D/S to make use of the DSON Exporter/Importer DAZ generously offers free.

Muelsfell Display Plinth (which I think may have been a freebie I stupidly missed for being unable to fix my WiFi problem)

You would think the coupon would cover the purchase of the two items in an overall purchase of over $75.00 but it doesn't
What is the point I ask.

I know DAZ is a business and inderstand its primary directive, but I guess I am feeling a bit frustrated.

I think the coupon should work on these items...
I bought the Magic Containers (DAZ 3D, Lyrra Madril) and the Wizard Study Furniture (DAZ 3D, Lyrra Madril, IceWolfX) a few minutes ago and the coupon worked.

You can only have DAZ3D products in your cart when applying the $6 monthly PC coupon. IF there is a PA product in the cart, the coupon won't work.

Sometimes it will sometimes it won't. I've had it work and not work with a AP product in the cart. But, I generally only put DAZ O's in the cart when using the coupon to avoid the issue. I do occasionally forget and the coupon will or won't work. If it doesn't I remove the PA product and check out separately with that.

You would be better off breaking the $75 order down to 3 $25 orders if possible to get the $5 off each order promotion.

What promotion?
The coupon is good for only $6.00 monthly purchase. Is there another promotion going on for other items and how do I find out what those items might be?

The coupon is good for only $6.00 monthly purchase. Is there another promotion going on for other items and how do I find out what those items might be?

Yes. You were using the 05 version of the code, assuming it was since the turn of the month? If it stubbornly isn't working, please open a support ticket.

OK Got it to play nice.
I took some of the more expensive non DAZ items off an ran it through and got the discounts including the coupon and $5 off discount.
Thanks all for the advise. Now if only I can remember.

Wait, the $5 off $25 or more is valid more than 1 purchase, I figured it was a one time use

Edit: And the coupon in the "Exclusive Coupon - Stacks with Cinco de Mayo $5 Off" email that some people got applies on the price before the $5 discount, not after. Sixteen Platinum Club items plus the weekly freebie for $20.84 - I'm finally figuring out how the system's set up now.

Glad you're figuring it out I still think it is way more complicated than needs to be. Too many things to read and weed through and too many tricky options to read around for my tastes. I have been a PC member for a long time here and a customer at DAZ long before it was DAZ and these complex and multi-layered discounts and sales and bonuses are getting taxing for my gray matter to wrap itself around.
