I used to know how to get rid of the highlight in the viewport

...but I can't remember how and it's driving me nuts. Anyone want to refresh my memory? Moving my cursor and having things flashing in the viewport is WAAAAAY irritating ;)

Window menu -> panes -> Draw settings

Then it is the 'Highlight Style' option
