You can only access the PC forum if you are a member of the PC. Your status does not show you as being a member.
If you are a member and have somehow lost the staus, please file a support ticket to Sales dept, giving details of your membership payment.
I just checked my acccount under subscripitions on 4/30/13 for platinum club I got this Order #8613360 - Complete then it was suspended so what happen?
I been having trouble with platinum club membership since first started it some with daz billing find some minor thing Then I have spend a month corercting it.
As I said you will need to use the support ticket system, found under Help / Contact Us, on the top line of the forum.
I did send this to sale support Order #8613360 and I did check subscriptions and my credit card number on record was correct and still not platinium member but sale support say the problem was fixed. And still sale support still asking for order number after I writen this number as lead part of my letter. Aagain it is Order #8613360
05/14/2013 I received this from DAZ custerm service "The billing information may be correct, however our system was unable to process the information, due to an error, bank hold, insufficient funds, etc, there are many reasons we cannot process the billing information. To renew at this point please see the instruction provided previously" On 05/14/2013 I called Discover card services they have no record Daz3d contact them. Last year I used Discover card at DAZ to buy over $400 in products so I know that DAZ can contact Discover card
So what going on? And on 05/14/2013 Discover Card have not problems with my account and I have $2400 in my account that can be used.
I have had that problems also so I deleted my old card profile and created a new one. As I use multiple cards on this site I use a different billing profile for each card.
DAZ submits the charge to your card. The card issuer accepts or declines the charge. In this particular case, Discover declined the charge. DAZ would not be told why because privacy laws prevent the card issuer from stating such things. The only thing they receive from the issuer is an acceptance or a decline of the charge.
DAZ has neither the personnel nor the time to manually contact your card issuer regarding the decline. They also don't, to my knowledge re-submit charges once they are declined.
yeah.. my PC was suspended as well without notification and then I was asked to pay $99 again and DAZ will give me a $30 credit!
No thanks.. that isn't in the advertised sale of PC renewals!!
On day 5/14/2013 I went back into my account under my subscription I reenter again payment to platinum club and this this time it say it was accepted. 05/15/2013 I am still locked out from platinium Club And DAZ sent me e-mail yesterday saying the problem was fixed. These problems reminded me Saturday Night Live when one their acts go bad. If Daz does fix this problems with PC will I get those specials during May PC members got and do I get rebate for my renewal ?
You do really need to contact Sales support, and give them all the information is as logical and clear wording as you can. THey are the only ones who can sort out your problem, not people on the forums.
There seems to be some type of software issue that there is no manual renewal in store as there was in the old store. If, for whatever reason, your PC membership gets suspended and you have to manually renew, you end up having to buy the membership as if you were just starting out and DAZ will refund the start up fee.

Been a PC Member for years. Nothing has changed. All of a sudden this morning I’m being treated like I’m not a member. I can’t get things at PC price. Can’t get the PC Freebie (Treasure Beast) or PC Bundle specials mentioned in the PC Newsletter.
My bank/card info or subscription info was not changed by me. My account has been set for auto-pay/renewal each month and has worked for years. Are these the problems being worked on? Hope so.

I recall a situation where if you receive a refund or something, that can throw your membership out - so all I can do is reiterate what Kattey said in the other thread, and file a support ticket and it will be dealt with.
But yes, issues such as this are all being dealt with in a forthcoming update. I can't elaborate much further, but it's being treated as a top priority by both the PC admin team and DAZ. Apologies for the inconvenience, but don't worry, it will all be sorted ASAP.

It is now day 17 with problem of the platinium club memebership and I still locked out, my I ask this question if this problem platinium club membership does get fixed next month June 2013 do I get credit for what I miss for may 2013 for not being platinium club member. Form may 1 2013 I been trying make payments to the platinium club I keep not getting where. Daz is slow fixing this problem why should I miss very thing the other platinium club members got?
One more question do I get credit that I missed so this month in buying things because I not being PC member? I did fill a support ticket before writing this posts on this site. I am still not getting way where. I say this because it so no get wrong ideas about my problems
I'm sure DAZ will sort something out for you. What was the last communication with support?
Have you contacted Support again, detailing your problems in a coherent and understandable way?
The Forum cannot solve problems like this, only Daz 3D can do this. We can give you advice, but for solutions to this sort of problem you need to use the proper channels
These problems and questions I writen about for the past few days should be made public so Daz should not taking so long to fixed theses proublems. I found out over time if problem is not public known it takes longer to fixed. And some times I get short end that I learn from work.
One more thing I writing this post so it will not be lost and stand out clearly so every one can see
In these posts over the years I fighting a problem since was 6 years is in writing my thoughts out normal I take long time writing about any thing. I never do well in school, because this problem I never able to write. I want be chemist again goes back to my trouble in writing so I have drop that. At work I know how to run the dept. better than any one else but I was past over to move up in the company because I write poorly. Over the years I trying to learn correct my problem in wrting, but I still have a long way to go.
I have seen things written by highly paid professionals that were so badly done, I would have sworn they were either drunk or being mauled by a bear... possibly both, while they wrote... bad to the point where five or six people together couldn't figure out what they trying to say and that is in regards to important messages and emails, never mind handwritten stuff... and I'm not even talking about stuff messed up by an Autocorrect app.
My point is, I understood you just fine and given what you just mentioned, I think you are doing great!

I've been going through the same problems. The quickest way to get this straightened out is to contact "SALES" via email. Britney in sales did a fantastic job of straightening it out for me.
