Hi to everyone!!
Well, is the following:
I have a family Chunk, and then when I load Violet the halfling, and Ms Chunk, poser automatically changes the shape of the dress from one to the same shape of the dress that she was born first, and vice-versa.
if anyone has had this problem, how you fixed this?
thank

What u have happening is crosstalk. Basically, coz the internal mors are named the same, Poser will see it as being the same in both figures. And it will enforce the mors of the first figure loaded onto the second.

Breaking it is the trickier issue. You can either render them separately (then assemble the scene in Photoshop or whatever 2d program u use) which is the easier thing to do.

Or, you can open the CR2 and break the crosstalk - by omitting every FBM/PBM prefix in the file (for DAZ figures) or changing their internal names some other way for 3rd party figures (one way, adding a prefix instead of removing it like in my first example) This can be fairly simple, if u have a file editor like edit pad lite, where u can easily search and replace. Then save the file as a diff file name (making sure not to overwrite the orig) But if you're not used to the code, I don't really recommend it.

    Ok,
I'll open the cr2 and see if I can interpret it.
however, this does not happen in daz 4.5 pro.
But do not think of bringing them to daz, no. That would force me to bring all the rest of the class to animate in daz, and send to vue.

Well, it does, but it has to be even more specific in DAZ Studio, whereas Poser isn't as exacting to produce crosstalk. It started out as a bug, which was exploited to basically make Super-conforming clothing. While it works awesomely in that case, its the sort of thing that cuts both ways - in some cases, its more inconvenient than helpful.

What you'll basically be wanting to do, is only to rename the morph dials. To give an example, with DAZ figures that are sold here (like V4) a typical name of a morph would be FBMAmazon. If you wanted to break the crosstalk, you'd remove the FBM part in the CR2, so its only called Amazon - then save that CR2 under a new name. When using this edited CR2 with the old CR2, crosstalk won't occur. However, if you were to use 2 versions of the new CR2, crosstalk would start to happen again, coz those names would be the same. Its a really tricky thing.

The easiest way to avoid it, is to render in separate scenes. But even that can be tricky in some cases.
