Poses for G8F & V8 and G8M & M8

I was thinking that G8F poses would look the same on a V8 character (also G8M on M8)., but I see packages that have separate sets of poses for them. What are the differences between the two Figures? Are the Expressions also different?

When you change the shape of a figure you sometimes need to adjust poses to account for the shape differences, eg if your figure is climbing stairs she won't bend her leg at the same angle if she's short or tall.

Expression may also need adjustment if the face shape is very different.
