Some installs are going to the wrong place

I have installed some things like the medieval bundle and it put some of the items that should go to the prop folder into the pose folder. And a lot of hair material is going into the pose folder. Needless to say, they don't work. Can I manually move them to the proper folder and if so where are those proper folders. And why are they going to the pose folder in the first place?

    "Classic" Poser file placement puts material presets for items in the Pose folder. DS and Poser 8+ don't have that restriction. In DS I would use Categories to place them in a subfolder of the folder for the item they belong to -- much more flexible if you decide on a different organization scheme and safer than moving the actual files on disk.
