"Wednesday for Aiko 4 and Aiko 5", the 5th promo pic wearing the jean cutoffs and the loose top, does anyone know where the clothing is available at? For some reason it looks familiar but I can't place it...

I don't know, but when you find out, pass it along, eh?
I was wondering the same thing. The shorts look like the ones in the 5th promo pic for Priincess (http://www.daz3d.com/princess), but I've never been able to find them. I was told that those shorts were from the Aussie Girl Outfit (http://www.daz3d.com/aussie-girl-outfit), but if so, then the promos are using a different transparency map than what comes with the shorts. I've tried using the polygon selection tool to shorten the shorts, but I didn't have any luck creating anything that looked like that. I'd like to know where the top came from, too.
Another outfit I can't identify is in the second promo for Griffin Wings (http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/griffin-wings).
There's no way that came from Aussie Girl Outfit. It's not even the same cut. Whoever told you that is, I believe, incorrect. The only thing those shorts have in common with these is the creator. Princess is a closer deal, but like Wednesday, she comes without the outfit.
I wonder if that's why it looks familiar? If maybe its an outfit Thorne & Sarsa use to cover up their creations but haven't actually placed out there for sale or gift.
That's what I eventually figured out. 14 months ago, when I had only been playing with DAZ Studio for a few weeks, I took them at their word, figuring that I could make it work. The Aussie Girl stuff is nice, but it looks nothing like the extreme cutoffs I'm looking for. I can get in the ball park with the morphs and textures included in Jeanz for Genesis (http://www.daz3d.com/jeanz-for-genesis), but the ones in the Wednesday and Princess promos are more like what I'm used to seeing in real life.
Yeah, I know. The Jeanz are more of a 'square' cut, but that style is kind of 80's. The 'V' cut is more of a newer update on the 60's and 70's styles. Back in the days of "Free Love", dontcha know.
these possibly

That looks like Sexy Top V by 3d-Age to me. There were a few texture packs for it, some with elaborate lace edges. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sexy-top-v/90224
There was a rash of cutoff shorts at Rendo a few months ago (during the winter, inexplicably) but I THINK those are these by billy-T (they don' have the big obvious cameltoe of PowerAge's and are shorter than Rhiannon's):

That is closer. Have to save my pennies for those though. PlatClub takes all my spare change. ;)
Yeah, that's the top. Sexy Top V by 3DAge and News for Sexy Top V by ArtOfDreams.
$8.00 and $6.95 respectively at Renderosity.
And judging the color and position of the rivets, I'd say you we're right about the jeans, too.
Cutofff Jeans Set for V4, $12.00 by billyt.
Thanks.
riftwitch & staticdrifter: Thanks for responding
rektolwksam & Sickleyield: Thanks!!! That's what I'm looking for, my wife wants me to redo her avatar from the ground up, and she had her heart set on some items (that's what I get for showing her some promo pics ... lol)
This thread helped me, too, I've been looking for those shorts for over a year. At the time, I never even thought to check other sites.
I know that many times, a lot of us have wished that the product descriptions were more consistent in mentioning what items were used in the promos, but I doubt that it would be ok for vendors to point customers to competitors' websites. Thanks to everyone who was able to identify the clothes the OP asked about.
