I have looked and looked and do not seem to see the base models for things like Victoria 8, Genesis 8, etc. Could the base models be put all together in a seperate section in the shopping sections?

The Genesis range of bases come free with DS you need the Starter Essentials for the relevant Genesis. You can find them in DIM or in your product library
Yep, all of your Genesis base models are in your Starter Essentials. As long as you have your Starter Essentials installed, you should be able to find each of the Genesis figures under Figures in Smart Content or Starter Essentials in the Content Library. If you can't find them, make sure you have the Starter Essential installed either through DIM or through Connect.
Are you talking about in Daz Studio or in the Daz Store?

There's no need to purchase them separately since they come with DAZ Studio, but whatever floats your boat.
They have to be in the store in order to be put in your library, but they should automatically show up as purchased as soon as you 'purchase' Daz Studio since they come included with the software.
They also need a product page to purchase the nwe Interactive Licenses.
