I started DS 4.5 as usual but suddenly all my personal information (plugin registration, custom action, customized interface) is gone. Same is suddenly happened with DS 3.
Any idea why and how to make it back?
P.S. My C4D registration is suddenly null as well but not Hexagon or ZBrush. O_o what is going on?

Is it possible you're logged in to a different user account?
No.
It also gives me an error that it can't load genesis but it can load Genesis manually when I click on it. But all my custom morphs are gone too despite all of them still being where they are :/
Some folder name or names have changed, so that the stored path to the load on launch scene is bad. If this is Windows Vista or later go to C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio 4 (or Studio 3) and check the creation date of the folders. (For XP it's C:\Documents and Settings\You\Application Data\DAZ 3D\Studio 4 as I recall.)
I run Win7 x64
Well, creation date on folders is 05/12/2013 about 7-9 PM but could it be because I've manually restored my preferences yesterday after that strange thing happened?
And I didn't change anything too, and somehow C4D was also affected, so I'm lost of why it happened.
Did System restore get run, by you or by Windows itself after a crash?
Sorry, notification dropped from this thread.
No, nothing like that.
Have you checked your hard drive for problems?
None that I know about.
A Win7 Restore should not have lost your User Data (Settings, program preferences, or custom configurations). The only way I know that could have happened would be if Restore points were turned off. Your Last Auto Restore point is read at a Win7 restore.
I just discovered that my "Customize" option is suddenly gone. Poof, not appearing in the menu at all, so I can't assign custom actions or buttons or anything.
Weird, does F3 work?
Only explanation I can think of is hard drive problems.
Seems to work, thanks!
Customise was moved from the Edit menu to Window>Workspace. If you had still had it on the Edit menu because you were using an original menu and workspce layout then the reset would have made it jump to the new location for the first time.
