Problem with Real Hairy

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello guys, i had the real hairy for Genesis 2 and it works fine. Now i bought the Real Hairy for Genesis and when i try to apply it to a figure it crashes. Anyone can help ?

    Given the age of the product I'm not sure it woudl make any difference, but which version of DS - Help>About Daz Studio? How did you install?

    If memory serves I had the opposute issue, RH for Genesis works/worked fine, but had some issues with RH for G2 with a couple of the items (always ths same ones it seemed) causing problems.  Again, from memory, things did get better with later releases of DS.

    i use install manager to install it , i have DS 4.10

    OK, after the crash open the log file (you can do this be restarting DS, Help>Troubleshooting>View Log) then scroll to the end and - if DS has restarted - scroll back to the Daz Studio Starting line - the bits before that relate to the last actions DS was able to log before the crash.
