I bought the Sakura 8 pro bundle, and there is no Sakura 8 figure

I just pruchased the Sakura 8 pro bundle, and there is no Sakura 8 figure to download.

    Is there a Body and Head morph for whatever she's derived from?

    Unfortunately there is not. If you try to load any of the other characters made for her, they just end up using the the G8 figure base shape with a bit of morphing. Without the Sakura 8 base figure, the eyes don't seem to work properly for the other characters as well.

    Wasn't sure if this was an actual figure or a morph package, that's why I asked.

    Open a support ticket, they probably forgot to include the figure preset. It happens.

    Same here! They definitely forgot to add Sakura 8 base figure.   :/

    Customer libraries should be fixed as well as promo pages.
