i just sent this message as ticket
same annoying game
and then all those ticket trackers and stuff that arent necessary for this request
then i noticed i was not logged in and that was the reason behind it
why do i have to log in once again ?
i was logged in to the shop/forum already
It is possible to be logged in to the forum and yet not logged in to the Store side of the site. The forums use different software to the rest of the site.
Aren't they technically connected? The forum will force a relog if you buy something from the store.
yes they are connected. However sometimes it is possible to only log in to one side. It depends how you have your bookmark for the site set up really. I always log in through the front page, that is the most reliable way of being sure that you are logged into both softwares.
If it is asking for your email in ZenDesk just click the Log In button at top-right - it should then notice that you are logged in and you should be able to submit your ticket without any extra steps.
noticed this to late
now i got this :problem: while try to log in
and no chance to log in otherwise
now they try to annoy me
shame on you mr and mrs daz
Mod edit:-To remove profanity
Are you sure it's Daz and not CloudFlare?
can Cloudflare do this without Daz knowing it ?
i was logged in the whole day and do not remember
may be
If CloudFlare detects unusual activity from an ip address, or from a range of ip addresses, then it can enable captcha on its own.
For example, when I access a CloudFlare-protected site directly, I have no captcha. When I access it through a public VPN, I always have to solve one.
