Product content EMPTY

I just purchased "Genesis Evolution: Expressions" [ https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-evolution-expressions ] & "Genesis Expressions and Face aniBlocks" [ https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-expressions-and-face-aniblocks ]. I used the Install Manager to install it. No errors were encountered and both products appear in the content library but when I click on the product, it is empty. I never encoutered this type of problem before. Other products that I made at the same time and installed at the same time ARE there but these two are not.

    I don;t know anything about the Aniblocks product, but the Genesis Evolution Expressions has "no user-facing files" - they just show up in Pose Controls as sliders under the "Head" node of Genesis.

    The AniBlocks may not show up in Smart Content if you have the figure they're intended for selected and the "Filter by context" box checked. I have this issue with a few things, and have to uncheck the box then hunt for the item in question.

    They should still show up in the Content Library, however.
