Plugin for Easy Rigging of Clothing?

Does anybody know if there is a plugin to allow for quick and easy rigging of clothing onto any figure (Victoria 4, Genesis 3, Michael 4, etc.)?

    The Transfer utility for Genesis, for legacy rigging (Victroai 4, Michael 4, etc.) import the figure into Figure Setup, replace the geometry, create a new figure. There isn't a quick-quick way to do all this. Of course you can just make the clothes fit the zero pose and do a dForce drape from zero pose to your desired pose, which requires no rigging as such.
