Iray clothes rendered in 3DL problem (nurse uniform)

Usually I find that Iray clothes render properly in 3Delight but this product I bought https://www.daz3d.com/i13-nurse-outfit-for-the-genesis-3-female-s has some errors.

You can see some transparent gaps in the seamlines in the render shown attached - between the sleeves and main body, and between the main body and collar. Is there any way to remove these errors in 3delight without having to convert the clothes shader into a 3DL one, as I pretty much like the way the Iray shader looks in 3DL?
